All Women'sLink nurses are:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified
Our nurses are specially trained to resuscitate patients who experience serious medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrest. ACLS certification requires nurses to pass a written exam, as well as a hand-on skills test following guidelines from the American Heart Association.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certified
Similar to ACLS, this certification applies specifically to the resuscitation of newborns.
Association of Women's Health, Obstetric & Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Certified
This certification ensures all nurses are skilled in fetal heart monitoring.
In addition to the certifications above, most Women'sLink nurses have earned their Obstetrics RN Certification (RNC-OB).
